"I love this office and staff! I misplaced my new insurance card and sent an email requesting a duplicate and within a half hour my duplicate card was in my inbox. Any time I have called with a policy question or to add a policy, the staff has always been very friendly, helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and eager to assist me. Kyle is very helpful and reaches out when my policy renews with the good news my payment has decreased. He is always willing to answer any questions on my policies and always responds to messages. "Pat Basom saved me $500 annually over my current Donegal policy, on which I had three vehicles covered. The State Farm policy has terms and limits which are identical to my previous Donegal policy; so, it truly was a case of comparing apples to apples.
